We ship every order from our UK warehouse in Kent to customers across the United Kingdom and the European Union.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Delivery times start from the day your order is placed.
Our 48-Hour Express Guarantee
When you choose Express 48-Hour Delivery, we promise your order will arrive within 2 business days. If it doesn’t, we’ll give you 30% off your next order.
To claim, simply email contact@hallowensale.com within 7 days of your delivery date with your order number, and we’ll send you a personal 30% discount code. The guarantee applies to Express orders delivered to UK mainland addresses. It doesn’t apply if the delivery address given was incorrect or incomplete, or if the delivery couldn’t be completed because nobody was available to receive it. The code is valid for one future order and can’t be exchanged for cash.

Import VAT, duties and customs fees (EU orders)
Please read before ordering from the EU. Your order is shipped from the United Kingdom, so it is imported into the EU. Our prices for EU customers do not include EU import VAT, customs duties or the courier’s handling/clearance fee. These charges are set by your country’s customs authority and are paid by you to the courier when your parcel is delivered.
- Import VAT is charged at your country’s rate (usually around 17–27%) on the value of your order, including delivery.
- Customs duty may apply to orders worth more than €150, depending on the product.
- Courier handling fee: most couriers charge a small fee for clearing your parcel through customs.
We can’t calculate these charges in advance, as they depend on your country and the courier. If you have questions, please contact us before placing your order.
Refused parcels: if a parcel is refused or not collected because import charges were not paid, it will be returned to us. Once it arrives back, we’ll refund your order, minus the cost of the return shipment charged to us by the courier.
